Enterprise for Engineers

Macaos Enterprise is a cloud-based system for working with printed circuit boards in real world applications and simplifying your PCB acquisition process. Whether you are part of a large organization or just a service provider in the supply chain, Macaos Enterprise will help you get the job done.

Macaos Enterprise is not a design tool for PCBs. There are many good tools available for designing a single PCB. However, most such tools stop there. You get an excellent PCB design converted to an output format (such as Gerber and drill files) which may then be sent to a fabricator.

However, a single bare printed circuit board is not a finished product. Modern electronics manufacturing makes use of automated assembly lines for component placement, soldering, depanelization, test and more. The various modules in Macaos Enterprise allow you to rapidly generate the data and tooling necessary for these assembly steps. Macaos Enterprise also eases the process of purchasing PCBs.

Gallery PreCAM

Macaos Gallery PreCAM is the ideal Pre-CAM solution for PCB manufacturers, resellers and traders. It adds a powerful price calculation and quotation generation functionality to Macaos Gallery, allowing you to respond to RFQs (Reqests for Quotation) within just a couple of minutes.

Macaos Gallery PreCAM adds quotations, quotation archive, and price editor to Macaos Gallery Basic version.

RapidCam

Macaos RapidCam allows a PCB manufacturer to step up a single board or customer panel (array) to a production panel and generate process documentation and production data files for their specific machines in 6 quick and easy steps. With RapidCam you can typically process a single board to production-ready data and documentation in just a few minutes.

Macaos RapidCam is not a full-featured editor, but rather a streamlined data processor with a focus on getting the job quickly into production. Use the editing tool of your choice to prepare the customer's data for production. Then, using RapidCam's parameter-based process settings, walk through these simple steps to create production-ready machine data and process documentation.
